Counting on the mute agreement with the bus collector and passengers, the homeless man climbs up and sits in the steps, putting besides him his old cotton bag that holds his life. The moment of complicity vanishes, substituted by the strong odor on the closed environment. People move away as same pole magnets. As it climbs up the Consolação Street, the bus stops abruptly, far from its stop. The door is open, the driver makes himself clear: “What a malodorousness! Go take a bath, for the love of God!”. The feeling of guilt in the passengers’ heart is smaller only to their relief. The trip goes on.
